Do you deliver throughout Cartagena?+
Yes, by zone and daily capacity. Delivery starts at COP 7,000 for the first 5 km and adds COP 2,230 per additional 5 km.
Do ingredients arrive cooked?+
No. Proteins arrive raw, chilled, sealed and marinated unless the recipe includes advance preparation.
Do I need a full kitchen?+
We ask whether you have a stove, oven, air fryer, grill or pressure cooker. You can filter meals by available equipment.
What changes for a villa chef?+
They receive bulk portions, production sheet, batch timing, holding notes and plating guidance.
How do you handle allergies?+
We record allergies and exclusions before confirmation. The kitchen must approve each request; we do not automatically promise a trace-free environment.
Can I substitute ingredients?+
Yes. If a substitution materially changes the recipe or price, we confirm it before payment.
How long does it keep?+
Every pack has packed-on and recommended-use labeling. Exact times are confirmed by product and regulatory approval.
Can I order for the full stay?+
Yes. Receive everything together or split by date. Recurring subscriptions remain disabled.
How do I pay?+
Orders are confirmed by WhatsApp and email. Wompi/PayU will activate once merchant credentials are available.
